Putting a distinctive resort community in a unique destination on the map.
Hadley Properties retained Red Propeller to help launch sales of 98 new homes and home sites, representing over $200M in sales, at Crescent Ridge, a resort community along the Columbia River in Crescent Bar, south of Wenatchee, Washington. Leveraging our deep background in second-home communities in the Pacific Northwest – Seabrook, Wapato Point, and Caldera Springs, to name a few – we took on everything from marketing to full-scale sales.
Red Propeller developed a launch strategy that included brand enhancements, awareness, and lead-generation marketing, and then a full on-site sales activation, including a sales gallery, model homes (homes are 2,400-2,800 SF, single-level, and all designed to take in sweeping river views), a tour path, and a prospect engagement program.
The biggest opportunity, and challenge, was helping the Pacific Northwest rediscover Crescent bar as a high-end destination, to put it on the metaphorical map with Chelan, Wenatchee, the San Juan Islands, Suncadia, and Seabrook. We heavily emphasized video- and photo-based storytelling to show that Crescent Bar is a unique summertime vacation destination, with a wide array of recreation offerings and one of Washington’s most distinctive and beautiful settings. Another major part of our education effort was targeted engagement and relationship building with the brokerage community, particularly in Western Washington.
Completed sales at Crescent Ridge led all regions of Central Washington in price per square foot in 2023, ahead of the full completion of on-resort amenities and the opening of a brand new winery tasting room and bistro.
