We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve added three new team members here at RP: Ivo Andov, Katelyn Wynekoop and Emily Irons.

“Ivo, Katelyn and Emily each bring specific expertise related to for sale real estate,” RP Partner Stephen Fina noted. “As Red Propeller continues to grow this area of our business, we are excited to have three new team members who can immediately impact the success of our projects.”

Ivo, AKA “The Maestro,” is directing marketing efforts for real-estate projects in Seattle and around the country.

Born and raised in Macedonia (just north of Greece), Ivo’s early fascination with the U.S., along with his love for Michael Jordan and the NBA, brought him to college at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, where he studied all things software, hardware, and business. After graduating, he brought his diverse background and deep technical knowledge to the increasingly digital world of real-estate marketing. This included serving as a marketing director for Seabrook (a new beach town on the Washington Coast), a member of the Grays Harbor County’s Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and marketing director for Olivia Beach and Bella Beach (two new-urbanist communities on the Oregon coast).

Driven by data and analytics but very much a people person, Ivo enjoys closely interfacing and collaborating with team members, clients, and customers. Outside of the office, he can be found backpacking through Washington’s mountain ranges, failing to surf in tropical destinations, scuba diving in remote shark-filled waters, or road tripping on two or four wheels.

Katelyn is RP’s new “Endeavorist,” conducting background research, coordinating events and assisting with creative development of both strategy and marketing projects. She most recently was gallery curator of Westbank’s First Light condominium project, in Downtown Seattle. Before that, she worked as a record label manager and a freelance music journalist, writing for local and international publications. Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys world travel, film, and any and all encounters with animals.

Emily is our new “Brand Marketeer,” helping with our branding and marketing work on residential developments throughout the country.

A Florida native, Emily moved to Seattle in 2018, and joined the team at First Light, with Katelyn. Before that, she studied marketing at Savannah College of Art and Design and spent four years living in NYC working in luxury fashion marketing. When not at work, Emily often spends her time walking or running around her neighborhood, meeting up with a friend in a new country, drinking a margarita at Barrio, or preparing something new from her ever-growing cookbook collection.
