Sarah directs branding and marketing efforts for real estate development clients in Seattle and around the country. With a keen eye for differentiating product through localized storytelling, she develops consumer-facing campaigns that support a strong ROI. Sarah works to create a cohesive experience for residents and other users by integrating the built environment and marketing outreach through seamless brand integration.

Before joining Red Propeller, Sarah spent five years as Marketing Manager and then Director of Branding at Ankrom Moisan Architects, where she worked on multiple product types, including: multifamily, mixed-use, senior housing, hospitality, affordable housing, and workplace. Working closely with executive leadership, she grew the creative services team from three to 14 people across two offices, and kick-started the external branding service offering.

Prior to joining Ankrom Moisan Architects, Sarah worked for IDEX Health & Science for four years doing global high-tech marketing communications. She started her marketing career on the agency side as a copywriter and account manager, after earning an MFA in poetry and working in publishing in Boston (she was driven back to the Pacific Northwest by snow and ice).

With over a decade spent in marketing and branding — five years of which have been in the A/E/C and real estate realm — Sarah brings her clients’ vision to life through creative direction and active collaboration. From ideation through execution, she loves contributing to the design and marketing process with a focus on the end-user experience.
